Guest Arrival Time Each guest is requested to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled appointment to prepare for their treatment. All treatments end on time so the next guest will not be delayed.

Spa Guidance An attendant is present at all times to guide each guest through their spa experience.

Technicians Each certified massage technician draws on a variety of body work techniques including basic Swedish massage to create an individualized treatment. Male or female practitioners may be requested. All of our estheticians are certified and licensed.

Spa Bath House and Dressing Rooms The bath house and all dressing rooms provide separate spaces for women and men.

Olympic Pool Our pool was built in 1913 and is one of the oldest and largest in California. Naturally heated geyser water cooled to between 90 and 102 degrees depending on the season fills our Olympic-sized pool. Use of the pool is complimentary for all spa guests.

Pool hours 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hours vary according to season.

Gifts You may arrange for special gift packages for your clients. Indian Springs has created Restoratives, an exceptional line of body products which sustain the benefits of the spa experience. Our gift store also carries our Indian Springs logo t-shirts, robes, caps, and the soft, oversize flannel sheet towels which are used in our spa.

Payment We require payment in full two weeks in advance. Payment may be made by check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

Gratuities A fifteen percent gratuity is included on each bill. We request the gratuity be paid separately by check.

Changes and Cancellations and cancellations must be completed two weeks prior to the event date. No refunds.

Terrace Room Our Terrace Room opened in January 2006. The Terrace room has a beautiful indoor-outdoor fireplace and is perfect for informal meetings or parties. Call us to discuss the possibilities.
