What You Must Read Before Booking!

POOL PASSES

A limited number of pool passes are available for $50 per person with the purchase of a 50-minute spa service. Guests staying at the hotel receive complimentary access. If you are visiting as a spa day guest, we strongly recommend inquiring about pool pass availability by clicking the Pool Pass Request Form link provided in your confirmation email.

AGE POLICY

Spa guests must be 12 years of age to have a facial, Himalayan salt therapy, or binaural beats therapy and 16 years of age to enjoy a mud bath, mineral bath, massage, or body treatment. All guests between 12 and 17 years old must be accompanied by a parent in the treatment room; if receiving a mud or mineral bath service—the parent must also be receiving a bath service at the same time.

INTAKE FORM

Your intake form must be completed prior to your spa visit. If the form is not submitted by the time of check-in, you will be required to complete it upon arrival. Please be aware that this may reduce the duration of your scheduled service, as your appointment will begin once the form is completed and continue for the remaining allotted time.

Guests with hotel accommodations may reserve spa services up to 3 months in advance by calling Reservations at (707) 709-8139.
Day guests are welcome to book services up to 2 weeks in advance.
Please note that online booking becomes available starting 2 weeks before the desired appointment date.
