Be Well!

Indian Springs Resort has been dedicated to health and wellness since its inception. These values we hold higher than ever in the climate we live in today. We look forward to welcoming you back to the Resort with enhanced sanitation and social distancing measures in place and feel confident you can find peace at our resort even during such an unprecedented time.

We are opening the resort in line with guidelines from the California Department of Public Health in correlation with CDC standards and trainings and will continue to monitor this closely and adapt to the ever-changing world we are in.

We have made a number of physical changes to the resort to support social distancing and enhanced sanitation protocols throughout all of our departments.

Our associates will be wearing face coverings in all areas and will be continuously disinfecting surfaces and touchpoints with products approved by the EPA to stop contagion.

We have Be Well sanitation stations located around the property in public areas which allow you as a guest to sanitize communal areas if you feel it necessary. We also ask that if you are feeling sick in any way, to please not visit the resort until you are feeling better as we are instructing our associates and managers the same thing. Please also adhere to social distancing guidelines while at the resort and wear face masks in required areas.

Our most notable change in our rooms department which you will notice is that our associates will not enter your guest room during your stay unless there is an issue which requires maintenance to do so. This means housekeeping will not enter your room to perform stayover service, however, any requests for fresh linen, terry, or amenities will be delivered to your room safely in a plastic bag, simply call the front desk.

Our room sanitation standards have always been extremely high and we are taking even more advanced measures at every step to ensure your safety.

We have made significant changes to the operation of Sam’s Social Club in order to make dining as safe as possible while still delivering our amazing food.

We will be offering brunch 7 days a week tableside or for take-out outdoors only. This can be enjoyed on the Sam’s Patio or one of the many outdoor dining areas we have set up around the property and one of our associates will be happy to direct you to these areas. We will be serving dinner tableside and have expanded our patio seating to accommodate social distancing with additional dining spaces and enhanced ambiance. We think you will love it.

As of Saturday, November 21st our spa will be open for spa treatments. Please visit the spa page for more detailed information regarding treatments and our protocols.

We have made adjustments to the pool area to include social distancing of chairs and sanitation stations around the area for the guest to use. We have removed rafts and noodles from the pool for communal use and will be offering noodles for sale in our Chaise Lounge Bar for you to use and keep.

The Pools have a maximum capacity and we will be closely monitoring this as a directive from Napa County Health to ensure we do not have too many people in the pool area at one time.

If capacity is reached we may need to pause until guests leave the area to allow for more to come in.

Pool Chairs will be limited and please do not save seats or hold them at any point in the day. Our pool will continue to be open until 12am midnight to allow maximum hours of visitation

For those of you who arrive early (before 4pm) for your reservation, you will have full access to the resort with the exception of the The Pool.

At 4pm check-in time, you will be able to access The Pool given the area is not at full capacity.

In addition, on the day of checkout past 12pm, you may continue to have full access to the resorts amenities with the exception of The Pool.

It is worth noting, The CDC reported on March 10 that “there is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.”
