Be Well!

We are open and welcoming guests. For more information please call us at 707 709 8139. The well being of our guests and employees is and has always been our priority. Be well!!

Indian Springs Resort has been dedicated to health and wellness since its inception. These values we hold higher than ever in the climate we live in today. We look forward to welcoming you back to the Resort and feel confident you can find peace at our resort even during such an unprecedented time.

GENERAL

We are opening the resort in line with guidelines from the California Department of Public Health in correlation with CDC standards and trainings and will continue to monitor this closely and adapt to the ever-changing world we are in.

All guests are required to wear face masks indoors.

We will require our associates to wear face coverings inside for the near future as we navigate these changes. They will continue to clean using established protocols.

We have Be Well sanitation stations located around the property in public areas which allow you as a guest to sanitize communal areas if you feel it necessary. We also ask that if you are feeling sick in any way, to please not visit the resort until you are feeling better as we are instructing our associates and managers the same thing.

ROOMS

Our most notable change in our rooms department which you will notice is that our associates will not enter your guest room during your stay unless there is an issue which requires maintenance to do so. This means housekeeping will not enter your room to perform stayover service, however, any requests for fresh linen, terry, or amenities will be delivered to your room safely in a plastic bag, simply call the front desk.

Our room sanitation standards have always been extremely high and we are taking even more advanced measures at every step to ensure your safety.

SAM'S SOCIAL CLUB

Outdoor dining is available under our tent. We will be offering our favorite dishes, specialty cocktails and more. We will continue to offer TO GO, from Sunday evening to Friday midday. Review our offerings and place an order here

Sam’s Social Club is getting a makeover, starting January 10th through March 11, 2022. We look forward to unveiling the new look and welcoming you back indoors soon!!

SPA

The Spa is currently open to Hotel Guests with a limited menu of treatments. Please see our current Spa menu for more detail. The Spa mud treatment rooms have been refreshed with new showers and infrared saunas. We have also added a Himalayan Salt Room. We strive to keep the historic feel of the spa but want to add new experiences.

Our Spa Retail Store remains open and is filled with favorite finds, spa products, great gifts and more.

For up to date information please call 707 942 4913.

POOL

The Pools have a maximum capacity and we will be closely monitoring this as a directive from Napa County Health to ensure we do not have too many people in the pool area at one time.

If capacity is reached we may need to pause until guests leave the area to allow for more to come in.

Pool Chairs will be limited and please do not save seats or hold them at any point in the day. Our pool will continue to be open until 12am midnight to allow maximum hours of visitation.

For those of you who arrive early (before 4pm) for your reservation, you will have full access to the resort with the exception of the The Pool.

At 4pm check-in time, you will be able to access The Pool given the area is not at full capacity.

In addition, on the day of checkout past 12pm, you may continue to have full access to the resorts amenities with the exception of The Pool.

It is worth noting, The CDC reported on March 10 that “there is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.”
